Our Gen Z Advisory Board represents a pioneering initiative aimed at infusing authenticity and relevance into our approach to early careers.

Board Member
My name is Yenti, I’m currently an Operations Manager and Enki. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to provide insights and guidance through leveraging my experience to help Brightworks empower emerging talent to thrive in their professional journey. In my spare time, my hobbies include travelling and swimming in the ocean.

My name is Jasmine, I’m currently a Sustainability & Climate Change Graduate Consultant at Deloitte. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to share my views and make recruitment and the early careers space more inclusive and diverse for Gen Z. In my spare time, my hobbies include running, bouldering and reading.

My name is Theo, I’m currently an Engineer at the Public Transport Authority. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is giving a voice to young people. Specifically, to those who are commencing their careers and playing a role so to ensure early careers programs are tailored to the correct audience. My hobbies include being outdoors and playing social sports.

My name is Julian, I’m currently a People Coordinator at UniSuper. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to be able to voice out the concerns and communicate the professional issues that Gen Z faces today. In my spare time, I like watching films and I highly enjoy music festivals.

What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to enable better representation of the diverse perspectives of this generation to optimise early career programs and experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy bouldering and listening to music.

My name is Rushi, I’m currently the Head Academic Tutor at UNSW’s School of Information Systems and Technology Management. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to learn, gain insights and collaborate with other people. My interests are in animal behaviour, AI Tools Tinkering, hiking, and watching horror movies.

My name is Cristina, I’m currently a Graduate Development Engineer at Powerlink Queensland. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to bring fresh perspectives, collaborate with like-minded people, and help drive meaningful change. In my spare time, I love playing social sports like soccer and touch footy, exploring foodie festivals, and trying new restaurants.
