From offering guidance on recruitment strategies to shaping the design of our development programs, these Gen Z advisors play a pivotal role in ensuring that our initiatives resonate authentically with their peers. With their input, we’re better equipped to tailor our services to meet the evolving expectations of the next generation of talent.

PURPOSE

Our Gen Z Advisory Board represents a pioneering initiative aimed at infusing authenticity and relevance into our approach to early careers.

By harnessing the unique insights and perspectives of Gen Z individuals, we seek to revolutionise the way organisations engage with and attract emerging talent. Our board serves as a strategic sounding board, offering feedback and guidance on various aspects of our work, from recruitment methodologies to program design.

My name is Yenti, I’m currently a Talent Acquisition Manager at Quantem. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to provide insights and guidance through leveraging my experience to help Brightworks empower emerging talent to thrive in their professional journey. In my spare time, my hobbies include travelling and swimming in the ocean.

My name is Jasmine, I’m currently studying Geography and Development Studies at
The University of Melbourne. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to share my views and make recruitment and the early careers space more inclusive and diverse for Gen Z. In my spare time, my hobbies include running, bouldering and reading.

My name is Theo, I’m currently an Engineer at the Public Transport Authority. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is giving a voice to young people. Specifically, to those who are commencing their careers and playing a role so to ensure early careers programs are tailored to the correct audience. My hobbies include being outdoors and playing social sports.

My name is Julian, I’m currently a Placement Coordinator at Generation Australia. What
I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to be able to voice out the concerns and communicate the professional issues that Gen Z faces today. In my spare time, I like watching films and I highly enjoy music festivals.

My name is Isabella, I’m currently studying Psychology at Western Sydney University. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to grow my professional experience and contribute to bringing more First Nations people into the corporate world. In my spare time, I love to sew as well as read.

My name is Eleanor, I’m currently a Senior Consultant at Dandolo Partners. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is exposure to board processes and expanding knowledge of early career education. My hobbies include hiking, knitting, and watching reality TV.

My name is Rushi, I’m currently the Head Academic Tutor at UNSW’s School of Information Systems and Technology Management. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to learn, gain insights and collaborate with other people. My interests are in animal behaviour, AI Tools Tinkering, hiking, and watching horror movies.

My name is Zoe, I’ve been working as a Strategy Consultant for several years. What I’m hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to ensure that
different experiences that are representative of our diverse generation are heard. In my spare time, I love playing futsal and attending trivia nights.

My name is Kashvi, I’m currently studying Psychology at Deakin University. What I’m
hoping to achieve by being on the Brightworks Gen Z Advisory Board is to provide valuable contributions to the board and meet new people. In my spare time, I love listening to music and cooking. 

Our clients
