Frequently asked questions

What types of services does Brightworks offer?

We work across the full early careers lifecycle – program strategy and design, graduate recruitment and selection, preboarding and graduate engagement, development workshops, people leader training, mentoring programs, and neuroinclusion advisory. You can engage us for a single service or across multiple areas depending on what your program needs.

If you are not sure exactly what you need, that’s a normal starting point – part of our first conversation is helping you work out what kind of support would actually move the needle for your program.

What industries does Brightworks specialise in?

We are proud partners to organisations across diverse industries. With expertise spanning education, technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, professional services, and more, we have a deep understanding of each industry’s unique challenges and opportunities. Our approach is adaptable – if your organisation hires graduates, apprentices, interns, or other early talent, we can help regardless of sector.

What is the typical duration of a project with Brightworks?

Every engagement is different, and we are genuinely flexible about how we work. Some organisations come to us with a specific, contained problem – a recruitment process that needs redesigning, or a single workshop series – and we scope accordingly. Others want a longer-term partner across the full program cycle, and we build around that too.

We will always work with your timeline, your budget, and where you are right now.

Does Brightworks offer customised solutions?

Absolutely. Your organisation is unique, and we recognise that. Every engagement is co-designed with your team to fit your organisation’s culture, goals, and constraints. That applies whether you are engaging us for a single workshop or a full program overhaul.

Does Brightworks offer post-engagement support?

Yes! We believe in long-term partnerships. Brightworks offers comprehensive post-engagement support, ensuring a seamless transition through feedback, evaluation, coaching, and mentoring. Our team provides ongoing guidance, monitoring progress, and offering assistance whenever needed.

We build review points into every engagement and many of our client relationships continue well beyond the initial project. Early careers programs improve over time when there is continuity — so ongoing support is something we actively encourage and plan for.

Are Brightworks services available nationally?

Yes, we proudly extend our services Australia-wide. With a specialised team of consultants, we serve clients in various locations and industries. Most engagements involve a mix of on-site and remote delivery depending on your location and preferences.

How can I request a consultation?

Fill in the enquiry form above and we will be in touch within one business day. If you would prefer, you can also email us directly at hello@brightworks.net.au. The first conversation is a straightforward 30-minute call to learn more about you, your program and how we can help you reach your goals.
