What training is provided to partner companies?

At BrightSparks, we believe in equipping our partner companies with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively lead and mentor our interns, who often belong to Generation Z. Our training program covers two critical areas: Leading Interns and Understanding Gen Z, and Active Listening and Giving Feedback.

BrightSparks believes in providing fair compensation for students to support their professional development during the internship. We encourage employers to offer a competitive full-time salary for the duration of the 12 week internship. Offering a competitive salary not only attracts top talent but also fosters a positive, productive and long-lasting internship for both interns and employers. 

Can we retain interns after the internship period ends?

Absolutely! Many partner companies choose to retain their interns as part-time employees or even offer full-time positions upon graduation. Our internship programs create a pathway for long-term talent retention.
